I specialize in being an advocate for my elderly clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condos and income property within the Counties of Santa Cruz, Monterey and Santa Clara.

Personal:    

I am a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and had been previously employed as a Management Consultant in the high tech industry for 25 years. I have been involved with Real Estate ownership and investment for the last 30 years and have owned 10 properties in 5 different states.  I have taken all the skills that I used as a Consultant previously and incorporated them into my 6+ years of Real Estate career and that translates to:  Success! I was elected to the Board of Directors of the Santa Cruz County Ass. of Realtors in 2009 and I serve on the Local Government Relations Committee and the Grievance Committee.

  I'm all about building relationships. I intimately understand the stress, emotional roller coaster and excitement involved with Real Estate purchase or sale whether you are a first time buyer or a sophisticated investor.
